摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出仙鹤草:功效主要为收敛止血、截疟、止痢、解毒、补虚。症靶为出血、乏力、腹泻、眩晕。标靶为肿瘤、蛋白尿。现代药理研究发现仙鹤草及其有效成分具有抗凝、敛溃、止眩、抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化、降血糖等作用。仙鹤草中鹤草酚具有一定毒性作用。临床使用剂量为10~120 g。
Through the investigation of ancient books,and the combing of modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical field of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is discussed that hairyvein agrimonia herb has the following characteristics:Its main functions include astringing to stop bleeding,preventing malaria,relieving dysentery,detoxification,and tonifying deficiency.Its symptom targets feature bleeding,fatigue,diarrhea,and dizziness,while its biochemical indicator targets involve tumors and proteinuria.Modern pharmacological studies have found that hairyvein agrimonia herb and its active components have effects such as anticoagulation,ulcer healing,anti-vertigo,anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,analgesia,antioxidation,and decreasing blood glucose.Agrimophol,a component of hairyvein agrimonia herb,exhibits certain toxic effects.Its clinical dosage ranges from 10 to 120 g.
