摘要
多尿症动物模型是评价抗利尿药、调节机体水液代谢药物有效性的必要手段,将常用多尿症动物模型的研究进展予以综述,旨在为同类研究提供参考。
The animal model with hyperuresis is the essential device for evaluating the availability of antidiuretic and the drug which could adjust water metabolism. In order to supply some information for congener investigation we summarized the research progress on animal model with hyperuresis.
