摘要
目的:探讨益气化浊胶囊对胰岛素抵抗小鼠C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的影响。方法:将造模成功的KKAy小鼠随机分为模型组、西药组、中药组,每组各8只。C57BL/6J小鼠作为正常对照组。中药组以益气化浊胶囊1 g/(kg·d)灌胃;西药组以盐酸吡格列酮2.5 mg/(kg·d)灌胃;正常对照组、模型组以给予20 m L/(kg·d)生理盐水灌胃,每日1次,连续8周。检测各组小鼠血糖、胰岛素、CTRP3、TNF-α水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗后中药组小鼠血糖、血清胰岛素、HOMA-IR、TNF-α水平参数明显低于模型组,血清CTRP3水平参数明显高于模型组。结论:益气化浊胶囊能显著增加胰岛素抵抗小鼠CTRP3水平参数,降低TNF-α水平参数,改善模型小鼠胰岛素抵抗。
Objective： To discuss the effect of yiqi huazhuo capsules on C1 q tumor necrosis factor related protein3（ CTRP3）,tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） and insulin resistance index（ HOMA-IR） in mice with insulin resistance. Methods： The successfully modeled KKAy mice were randomly divided into model group,western medicine group and TCM group,8 mice in each group. C57 BL / 6J mice were taken as normal control group. TCM group was given Yiqi huazhuo capsules of 1g /（ kg·d） by gavage; the western medicine group was given Pioglitazone Hydrochloride of 2. 5 mg /（ kg·d） by gavage; the normal control group and the model group were given normal saline of 20 m L /（ kg·d） by gavage,once a day,continuously for 8 weeks. In each group,the levels of blood glucose,insulin,CTRP3 and TNF-α in mice were detected,and insulin resistance index（ HOMA-IR） was calculated. Results： After treatment,the parameters of level of blood glucose,serum insulin,HOMA-IR and TNF-α in mice of TCM group were significantly lower than those of model group,and the parameter of level of serum CTRP3 was significantly higher than that of model group. Conclusion： yiqi huazhuo capsules can significantly increase the parameter of level of CTRP3 in mice with insulin resistance,decrease the parameter of level of TNF-α,and improve the insulin resistance of model mice.
