摘要
目的观察中医益气化浊法在治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者方面的疗效。方法将本院收治的112例肥胖2型糖尿病患者随机均分为对照组与观察组。对照组56例给予二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组56例给予益气化浊方随症化裁治疗。结果观察组患者空腹血糖为(7.05±1.11)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖为(7.76±1.32)mmol/L,胰岛素敏感指数为-1.88±0.30;对照组患者空腹血糖为(7.83±1.17)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖为(8.45±1.03)mmol/L,胰岛素敏感指数为-2.09±0.43。观察组各项检测指标均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医益气化浊法可有效改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗症状,明显改善其糖脂综合代谢紊乱。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese Yi Qi Hua Zhuo method in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes. Methods 112 obese type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in the control group were given metformin treatment,and 56 cases in the observation group were given Yi Qi Hua Zhuo method Results The fasting blood glucose of observation group are（7.05 ± 1.11） mmol/L,2 h postprandial glucose levels are（7.76±1.32） mmol/L,insulin sensitivity index are-1.88 ± 0.30;The fasting blood glucose of control group are（7.83±1.17） mmol/L,2h postprandial glucose levels are（8.45±1.03） mmol/L,insulin sensitivity index are-2.09±0.43. Indexes of the test observation group were better than those of the control group,with P0.05. Conclusion Chinese Yi Qi Hua Zhuo method can effectively improve insulin resistance symptoms of the obese type 2 diabetes,and significantly improve their glucose and lipid comprehensive metabolic disorders.
