摘要
目的:探讨益气化浊胶囊对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及CTRP3的影响。方法:72例符合入组标准的糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各36例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气化浊胶囊口服治疗,1个月为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者中医证候疗效、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)及CTRP3的变化。结果:观察组中医证候疗效总有效率88.9%,对照组总有效率66.7%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、INS、IRI均明显下降,CTRP3明显上升,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化浊胶囊不但能够能改善2型糖尿病患者中医证候,而且能降低空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数,升高血清CTRP3水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗。
Objective：To explore the effects of Yiqi Huazhuo Capsule on insulin resistance and serum CTRP3 level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：72 Patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,each of 36 cases.Control group patients were given conventional treatment,the observation group patients were given Yiqi Huazhuo Capsule on the basis of conventional treatment for 2 months.The changes of clinical symptoms,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin（INS） and insulin resistance index（IRI） were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of syndrome in observation group was 88.9%,that of control group was 66.7%,the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）,FBG,INS,IRI in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,serum CTRP3 was significantly increased,the effects of observation group were more significant than those of control（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi Huazhuo Capsule can raise the level of serum CTRP3 in patients with type 2 diabetes,reduce insulin resistance,improve clinical symptoms.
