摘要
胰岛素抵抗机制在冠心病的发生发展中起着关键作用,脂肪细胞因子的分泌异常成为胰岛素抵抗伴有冠心病进程的共同环节。现代医学针对胰岛素抵抗伴有冠心病的治疗难有突破。在祖国医学的辨证体系中,胰岛素抵抗伴有冠心病病机总属本虚标实,针对该病机的健脾化湿、益气养阴、活血祛瘀化浊法疗效确切。本文整理分析胰岛素抵抗伴有冠心病的中西医研究进展,综述如下。
Insulin resistance mechanism plays a key role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Abnormal secre-tion of adipokines becomes a common link in the process of insulin resistance accompanied by coronary heart disease.Modern medicine for insulin resistance with coronary heart disease is difficult to have a breakthrough.In the dialectical system of Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of insulin resistance with coronary heart disease always belongs to essential empty and out solid.Methods of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,promoting qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and turning tur-bidities which are treated for the pathogenesis are proved effect.The research progress of Chinese and Western medicine of insulin resis-tance with coronary heart disease is summarized as follows.
