摘要
目的研究红曲对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法采用卫生部《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中调节血脂作用检验方法高血脂模型法进行本次研究。结果1.00g/kg体重剂量组能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)含量和血清甘油三酯(TG)含量;0.17、0.33g/kg体重两剂量组均能明显增高高脂血症大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量。结论红曲具有调节血脂作用。
Objective To study the effect of Monascin on the serum lipid of rats and to probe the new method of controlling the serum lipid by food.Method The Hyperlipemia model test ,the measure methods to adjust serum lipid, was used according to'Procedures and Methods of Function Evaluation for Health Food'by the Ministry of Health.Result The 1.00g/kg dose of Monascin reduced the content of TC and TG and the 0.17,0.33g/kg dose increased the HDL-C of the rats with hyperlipemia significantly.Conclusion Monascin can adjust the serum lipid.
