摘要
目的研究红曲的抗炎机制。方法角叉菜胶致大鼠背部气囊滑膜炎模型,测定渗出液液体量,渗出液中白细胞(WBC)计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清CRP、MDA含量。结果红曲能明显减少渗出液体量,降低灌洗液中WBC、CRP、MDA含量和血清中CRP、MDA含量。结论红曲抗炎机制与抑制炎性因子的渗出,降低CRP含量及消除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化有关。
Objective To study the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of red yeast rice. Methods Red air-pouch acute inflammatory model was used by subcutaneous injection of carrageenan,then determine the content of efflusion,white blood cell(WBC ) count, C-reaction protein(CRP),molondialdehyde(MDA)content of efflusion and C RP, MDA content of blood serum. Results Red yeast rice could reduce the content of efflusion,decrease WBC count,CRP, MDA content of efflusion and CRP,MDA content of blood serum. Conclusion The mechanism of anfi-infammatory action of red yeast rice are related to the reduction of inflammatory agent, CRP and MDA contents.
