摘要
[目的]观察血脂康胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]将120例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组用血脂康胶囊,对照组用辛伐他汀治疗,8周为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组总有效率为71.7%,对照组总有效率为75%,两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的调节血脂作用中[降低总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平]与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]血脂康胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效较好。
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuezhikang on hyperlipoidemia. [Methods] The 120 cases with hyperlipoidemia were divided into two groups randomly, 60 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with Xuezhikang, and control group was treated with simvastatin. A treatment course was 8 weeks. [Results] The effective rate of treatment group was 71.7%, and the effective rate of control group was 75%. There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group, blood lipid regulation in the treatment group of decreasing of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and increasing of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Xuezhikang treatment of hyperlipidemia is better.
