摘要
目的:探讨胸痹通胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法:选取健康成年Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、高脂对照组和实验观察组,分别饲以基础饲料、高脂饲料和高脂饲料加胸痹通胶囊,12周后取大鼠血清及多脏器组织,观察胸痹通胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,高脂对照组血清胆固醇、三酰甘油明显升高为(1.83±0.49)和(1.09±0.35)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白(high-densitylipopro-tein,HDL)则明显降低至(2.06±0.45)mmol/L,差异均有显著性意义(t=3.070~4.589,P<0.05),血清和心肌超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismu-tase,SOD)活性显著降低为(2.71±0.79)mkat/L和(0.68±0.20)mkat/g,血清和肝脏的过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSH-Px)活性分别降至(0.04±0.01)mkat/L,(0.64±0.13)和(0.74±0.15)mkat/g,差异均有显著性意义(t=2.148~4.145,P<0.05),经胸痹通胶囊干预后血脂异常得以纠正,血清胆固醇、三酰甘油分别降低为(1.42±0.41)和(0.70±0.36)mmol/L并使血清和心肌组织SOD活性以及肝脏GSH-Px活性显著升高至(3.50±1.05)mkat/L,(0.84±0.17)mkat/g和(0.87±0.15)mkat/g。
AIM:To investigate the effect of xiongbitong capsule on blood lipids and lipid peroxidation in rats with hyperlipemia. METHODS:A total of 60 adult healthy Wistar rats were randomized into three groups:normal control group,hyperlipemia control group and experimental group,which received normal food,high lipid food,and high lipid food plus xiongbitong capsule respectively.After 12 weeks,blood serum and organic tissue(heart,liver) were taken to observe the effect of xiongbitong capsule against blood lipids and lipid peroxidation in rats with hyperlipemia. RESULTS:Compared with the normal control group,there was a significant increase in serum cholesterol[(1.83±0.49) mmol/L] and triacylglycerol[(1.09±0.35) mmol/L],while a decrease in high density lipoprotein(HDL)[(2.06±4.05) mmol/L],which indicated significant difference(t=3.070-4.589,P< 0.05).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum and myocardium were significantly declined to(2.71±0.79)mkat/L and(0.68±0.20) mkat/g respectively.Meanwhile,the activities of catalse(CAT) in serum and liver and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)in liver were obviously declined to(0.04±0.01)mkat/L,(0.64±0.13)mkat/g and(0.74±0.15)mkat/g respectively and showed significant difference(t=2.148-4.145,P< 0.05). After intervened with xiongbitong capsule,the blood lipid abnormality was corrected,the levels of serum cholesterol and triacylglycerol were decreased to(1.42±0.41) and(0.70±0.36) mmol/L respectively.The activities of SOD in serum and myocardial tissue and GSH Px in liver were significantly increased to(3.50±1.05)mkat/L,(0.84±0.17)mkat/g and (0.87±0.15) mkat/g,and meanwhile,contents of lipid peroxidation malonic aldehyde(MDA) in serum and myocardium were decreased remarkably as compared with those of hyperlipemia control group,which indicated significant difference(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Myocardial protective effect of xiongbitong capsule may be related to its reducing blood lipid and anti lipid peroxidation.
