摘要
目的观察夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗严重冠心病三支病变患者的临床疗效。方法选取严重冠心病三支病变患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加夏橘化瘀胶囊。2组均治疗12周后观察临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及再住院率的变化。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率72.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后NT-proBNP降低,LVEF升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组NT-proBNP降低,LVEF升高更明显(P<0.05);治疗组再住院率7.5%,对照组再住院率17.5%,治疗组再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗严重冠心病三支病变患者临床疗效确切,可明显改善心绞痛、中医证候,提高心功能,减少再住院率,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xiaju Huayu capsule in the treatment of severe coronary heart disease for triple branch lesion.Methods 80 patients with severe coronary heart disease for triple branch lesion were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)was treated by conventional drug therapy of coronary heart disease.The treatment group(n=48)was treated by Xiaju Huayu capsule on the basis of the control group treatment.The curative effects of two groups were evaluated after 12 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,angina,the plasma nitrogen-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and readmission rate were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in treatment group(92.5%)was higher than that in the control group(75.0%),and there had statistical differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina in treatment group(90.0%)was higher than that in the control group(72.5%),and there had statistical differences(P<0.05).The plasma NT-proBNP after treatment was decreased in two groups,LVEF was increased,and there had statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvements of NT-proBNP and LVEF in treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The readmission rate in treatment group(7.5%)was lower than that in the control group(17.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaju Huayu capsule combined with western routine therapy have exact effects on the treatment of severe coronary heart disease for triple branch lesion,can significantly improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,angina,heart function and debase readmission rate without severe adverse events.
