摘要
阿奇霉素相关物是阿奇霉素药物检测中必不可少的对照品。本文综述了阿奇霉素相关物的发展现状,分析了各相关物的来源和制备方法,并总结了现在使用的主要检测方法,指出了药物标准与相关物的关系,将会为药物标准提高和药物生产工艺改进提供新方向。
As a reference standard, azithromycin related substances are indispensable in the determination of azithromycin drug~ In this paper, the current research of azithromycin related substances was reviewed, and their sources and preparation methods were anatomized. And then the present methods for determining related substances in routine assay were summarized. Furthermore, the relationship between the related substances and drug standards was demonstrated. It would provide a new direction for the enhancement of drug standards and improvement of their production process.
