摘要
口服ａｚｉｔｈｒｏｍｙｃｉｎ对金葡球菌、肺炎球菌、化脓性链球菌各２株感染小鼠的ＥＤ５０值分别为５１．４０和５８．７４ｍｇ／ｋｇ、２０．４０和２８．７４ｍｇ／ｋｇ、２０．９０和２１．７４ｍｇ／ｋｇ，比对照药红霉素的ＥＤ５０（１０１；４２和１０６．８４ｍｇ／ｋｇ，１０４．１２和１６５．７９ｍｇ／ｋｇ，４３．７１和４３．４８ｍｇ／ｋｇ）低，两药ＥＤ５０值经统计学处理有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Azithromycin,taken orally,will protect mice from being infected by 2strains each of Stapylococcus aureus,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Streptococcus pyogenes.The ED50 value of azithromycin in infected mice equals to 51.40 and 58.74mg/kg,20.40 and28.74 mg/kg,20.90 and 21.74mg/kg respectively,which are lower than those oferythromycin(101. 42 and 106.84mg/kg,104.12 and 165.79mg/kg,43.7l and 43. 48mg/k4. The ED50 value of both medicines shows marked differences after statistical treatment.(P<0.01).
