摘要
该实验是在保证维生素 A 丸质量情况下,对丸剂的规格进行改进,使单粒丸重降低。从而使维生素 A 丸的规格更为经济适宜,并可降低生产成本,且保持原来有效期疗效不变。结果通过对丸差、崩解对比实验,证明改进后的工艺不仅减少劳动强度,而且达到降低成本的目的。所以该方法在生产中是可行的,有很好的推广应用价值。
This experiment is under the condition of proving the quality of vitamin A,im- prove the specification of pills.The method is to improve the specification,reduce the weight of each pill.This made vitamin A pill cheaper than before and reduce the producing cost.And keep the effect as before.Through pill defference and burst apart comparation experiment,we prove that with improving technology,we not only reduce labor intensity but also reduce production cost.So we can use this method in production.This method has very good practice and extend val- ue.
