摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合匹多莫德治疗儿童支原体肺炎对血气分析指标及免疫功能的影响。方法选择支原体肺炎患儿120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,其中对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合匹多莫德治疗,比较2组患者治疗前(T0)、治疗3 d(T1)、7 d(T2)、14 d(T3)血气分析指标与免疫功能指标。结果 T1、T2观察组动脉Pa CO2低于对照组,PaO_2、SaO_2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组T3动脉PaCO2、PaO_2、SaO_2水平以及T0、T1、T2、T3 2组动脉pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组T1、T2、T3血IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4水平高于对照组T1、T2、T3时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合匹多莫德治疗儿童支原体肺炎有助于早期改善血气分析指标,提高机体免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with pidotimod in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia for blood gas analysis and immune function. Methods 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 60 cases in each group.The control group was given azithromycin sequential therapy and the observation group was given azithromycin sequential therapy combined with pidotimod therapy. These indexes were compared with blood gas analysis index and immune function index between two groups in before treatment( T0),treatment with 3 d( T1),7 d( T2),14 d( T3). Results When the artery Pa CO2 of T1,T2 in the observation group was lower than the control group,and PaO2,SaO2 were higher than the control group the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The PaCO2,PaO2,SaO2 levels of the two T3 groups,and the arterial p H of the two groups were compared and there was no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). The IgG,IgA,IgM and C3,C4 levels of the observation group were higher than the control group in the T1,T2,T3,so the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy combined with pidotimod maude treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is helpful for early improvement of blood gas analysis index and enhancement of immune function.
