公众参与应被视为中国城市建设适应社会主义市场经济转变而必不可少的举措 ,在介绍城市建设中公众参与的发展趋势基础上 。
Public participation in urban planning is essential in the period of adapting to the market economy in China. The author estimates the trend of the development of the participation in urban planning and makes a desk study of how to develop this kind of public participation which is appropriate for the conditions of China.
