随着经济体制改革的深入发展,我国正由计划经济向市场经济转变.施工企业为了生存与发展,就必须向用户提供优质工程,就必须确保工程质量.
With the profound development of economic system reform, planned economy is being transformed into market economy in our country. For the subsistence and development, construction enterprises must provide high quality for the customers and insure the engineering quality.
