摘要
借鉴台北“社区规划师制度”,结合龙岗实际,构建“顾问规划师制度”,旨在对快速城市化地区现行城市规划管理体制进行延伸和补充,建立公众参与制度化的有效途径。以此来巩固和深化村镇规划管理,引导和推进镇、村的规划建设。
In some developed countries and areas, cityadministrations start various plans to encourage the citizensto take part in local public affairs. Taibei, which has launcheda community planners program, is just one of them. By thereference on Taibeis experience, Longgang district ofShenzhen city initiates a consultant planner program with anattempt to establish a formal institution for effective publicparticipation. This study thoroughly introduces the wholeprogram including its institution and methodology.
