人们对规划和规划师作用的认识从一个极端走向另一个极端，这来源于对规划及其过程本身的错误认识。人脑的局限性和信息的不完全性决定了规划是一个过程，一个创造性地适应自己和社会的过程，是一个辩护和寻求平衡点的过程，而不是一个最佳、最近的集结。规划师是一个全面的辩护师，而不是权威，更不是权威的附庸。
People's understanding of planning and planners' roles marched from one extreme to another extreme and this stemmed from the wrong understanding of planning and planninq course. Limited hunan brains and insufficient information decide that planning was a course of coping oneself with the ego and society creatively, a course of advocatin and seeking balance points, but not a best and most conclusion concentration .A planner was a comprehensive advocate, but not authority and not authority's dependency even more.
