美国为例，介绍了市场经济规划价值观、规划师的地位与作用、规划的类型和重点及规划的实施等，并以此为出发点，对我国社会主义市场经济下的城市规划工程提出了若干建议。
This text cites the U.S.as an instance and introduces the concept of planning value,the status and role of planners,the planning genre,the focal points of planning and the practice of planning in market economy.Starting from this,some proposals are therefore raised for the work of urban planning in China’s socialist market economy.
