摘要
近些年来,我国关于个性化教学的研究,在探讨个性化教学的定义,分析个性化教学的缺失,探讨个性化教学模式,形成了个性化教学策略等方面的研究都取得了一定的成绩,但是也存在着个性化研究人员中的一线教师研究多,理论研究者研究的缺失,缺乏对个性化理论基础的探讨等诸多问题与不足。为了更好地促进我国新课程改革的发展,更有效实现个性化教学,笔者在综述以前的研究成果的基础之上,提出了一些展望:加强个性化教学的实验研究,推进个性化教学的理论探究,以及加强国外比较研究。
More achievements have been made about the research of the individualized teaching in China in recent years, including its definition, causes for its lack, its model and its strategy, but there are also such problems and deficiencies as lack of individual researchers in the teachers' research, of theoretical research and of discussion of its theoretical basis. In order to better promote development of our new curriculum reform, effectively realize the personalized teaching, the author reviews the previous researches, puts forward some prospects: enhance the personalized teaching experimental study, promote individualized teaching theory research and strengthen international comparative study.
