响应面法优化玉米花粉黄酮提取工艺的研究 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction of Flavonoids from Corn Pollen by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以玉米花粉黄酮提取率为指标,研究不同提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度及液料比对玉米花粉中黄酮提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上利用Design Expert数据处理软件进行响应面试验设计,确定玉米花粉中黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,玉米花粉黄酮的最佳提取条件为:提取时间47.6min、提取温度44.1℃、乙醇浓度64.65%、液料比37.25∶1。 Extraction rate of flavonoids from corn pollen was used as index and the influence of different extraction time, extraction temperature, ethanol concentration and liquid-material ratio on extraction rate of flavonoids from corn pollen was studed. On the single factor experiment, the best extracting process of lavonoids from corn pollen was determined by the response surface experiment method with the data processing software of Design Expert. The re- suits showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: extraction time 47.6min, extraction temperature 44.1℃, ethanol concentration 64.65%, liquid-material ratio 37.25:1.
