Optimization of flavonoids extraction from hawthorn leaves by response surface methodology

摘要 为确定山楂叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、料液比4个影响提取效果的因素进行单因素试验,并利用Design-Expert 7进行响应面分析试验.结果表明,山楂叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数65%,提取温度70℃,提取时间60 min,料液比42∶1,此条件下黄酮提取量为7.44mg.g-1. To optimize the process for flavnonoids extraction from Hawthorn leaves, a series of singlefactor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time and temperature,and liquid-to-solid ratio on flavnonoids yield. And response surface analysis experiments were conducted by using the design-expert 7 software. The optimal extraction conditions were found as follows: ethanol concentration of 65% and liquid-to-solid ratio of 42:1 for an extraction time of 60 min at 70 ℃. Under the conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 7.44 mg · g^-1
