玉米花粉山楂口服液对小鼠免疫功能和抗缺氧作用的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的有报道玉米花粉可增强动物的免疫及抗衰老功能,山楂有降血脂及抗癌作用。本研究旨在探讨合用玉米花粉和山楂对小鼠免疫功能、抗缺氧和抗疲劳作用的影响。方法应用免疫学方法研究玉米花粉山楂口服液(OCPHL)对小鼠三项免疫学指标的影响;观察OCPHL对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力的作用。结果OCPHL可明显增加小鼠脾脏及胸腺重量,提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加ANAE+(α—乙酸萘酯酯酶+)淋巴细胞百分率,使小鼠耐缺氧时间延长。结论OCPHL具有增强小鼠(特异性和非特异性)免疫功能,并具有耐缺氧作用。 Objective It had been reported that the corn poUen can enhance the imrnunological function and anti-aging function.The haw have used to decrease blood-lipid and anti-caner effects.The aim of this study was try to research the effects of OCPHL on the immunological function and the abilities of resitant anoxia and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods Three immunological indexes, the capacity of rersistant anoxia and anti- fatigue were determined when oCPHL was given orally in mice.Results When OCPHL is given orally, the weight of the mice s spleen and thymus increased distinctly, the percentage and indexes of macrophagocytes from the mice s abdominal cavity were enhanced (P<0. 01 ), the percentage of ANAE+lymphocytes incraeased (P < 0.01 ).Conclusion OCPHL can improve the immunological function and the abilities of resistant anoxia in mice.
