摘要
对玉米的营养及药用价值研究进展做了概述,指出了玉米不仅营养丰富,而且对心脑血管疾病、癌症具有一定的预防和治疗作用,同时亦可增强机体的免疫功能、抵抗衰老等。
In this paper the development of nutrition and value of medicine on maize has been retrospected. Maize not only contains abundance nutrition, but also can prevent and cure a lot of dieases including cancer and heart and blood vessel disease etc.,at the same time, it can boost up the immunity function of body and resist caducity, too.
