摘要
玉米花粉含有果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成的杂多糖。蛋白质水解后有18种氨基酸,花粉里含有17种游离氨基酸。有机酸以乳酸为主,还有苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸和草酸。9种脂肪酸中,亚麻酸和棕榈有机酸为主,占58.52%。有11种维生素,脂溶性维生素以β—胡萝卜素含量最高,为44.80毫克/100克,是维生素A的26倍;水溶性维生素尼克酸及它的(?)胺含量高达267.06毫克/100克。有玉米素、异戊烯基嘌呤和芦丁等活性物质。含有22种微量元素。
Pollens of Zea may L. contained glucose, fructose and sucrose. There were seventeen free amina acids and eighteen hydrolyzed amino acids for protein, free amino acids are identical with hydrolyzed amino acids bisides threonine, i. e. asparitic acid, serine, glutamic acid. proline, glycine, alanine, cystine, valise, me thionine, arginine, isleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenyalanine, lysine, histidine and trytophane. Lactic acid was majot organic acid, second malic, tartaric citric and oxalic acids. In nine fatty acids, linolenie and palmitoleic acids, are majot constituents(58,53%)the others were myristic, palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, docosadienic and unknow acids. There are eleven vitamins, fattysoluble vitamin was the mast as B-carotin (44.0mg/100g), nicotinamide of water-soluble vitamins contains 247.06mg/100g Zea, isopentenylpurine and rutin were their active compositions. Microelements had Na, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe, P, Se, Al, Sr, Ba, Mo Co Cn, Cd, V, Y, La, Ti, Ni, and so on.
