摘要
培养高中生的积极心理品质是高中积极心理健康教育的任务和核心。本文根据高中生生理、心理发展的特点以及高中生积极心理品质发展的现状,提出了高中生应重点培养的八项积极心理品质:思维与洞察力、谦虚、信念希望、持重、执着、真诚、创造力、领导力。在此基础上,本文提出了高中生积极心理品质培养的五项策略:牢固树立积极心理健康教育理念;引导学生进行积极心理体验;积极争取家长配合,形成教育合力;开展丰富多彩的活动;构建积极心理品质培养网络。最后,本文用实例详细展示了如何培养高中生的积极心理品质。
The cultivation of senior high school students' positive psychological characters is the core task of the positive mental health education at senior high schools. Based on the characteristics of China' s senior high school students' physiological and psychological development, as well as the current development of these students' positive psychological characters, this article comes up with the following eight positive psychological characters, of which the training must be received by senior high school students: thinking (plus insight), modesty, belief (plus hopefulness), discreetness, dedication, sincerity, creativity, and leadership. In conclusion, by using samples, the article gives five strategies for the cultivation of senior high school students' positive psychological characters: firmly establishing the idea of positive mental health education; leading the students to positive mental experience; actively seeking cooperation from their parents; carrying out colorful activities; and building a network of cultivating positive psychological characters. In conclusion, this article uses samples to demonstrate how to cultivate senior high school students' positive psychological characters.
