摘要
根据新时代大学生的心理特点、心理品质发展状况与当前高校心理健康教育的现状与问题,以积极心理健康教育理论为指导,论证了培养大学生积极心理品质的意义,建构了各年级大学生积极心理品质培养的重点内容,提出了培养大学生积极心理品质的策略与方法。
This article, based on the new-age college students' psychological characteristics, the current development of their psychological characters, and the current situation of the mental health education in the present institutions of higher learning, and under the guidance of the theory of positive mental health education, expounds the significance of the cultivation of college students' positive psychological characters, constructs its major framework, and puts forwards relevant strategies.
