摘要
80年代中期以来,MDEA工艺在国内外推广应用的咸绩显著,已从发挥其选吸优势向利用其节能降耗优势拓展。目前,MDEA工艺已成为气体脱硫脱碳的主体工艺之一;进一步的研究开发也取得不少成绩。本文着重评介了90年代MDEA工艺工业应用的一些数据,解决腐蚀、热稳定盐及起泡等操作问题的经验,并就其发展中的一些问题展开了讨论。
Since the midddle of 1980's, the application and dissemination of MDEA process at home and abroad has made a remarkable achievement, and has been developed from giving full play to its advantage of selective sweetening to utilizing its advantage of energy conservation and cost reduction.At present, the MDEA process has become one of the main processes on gas sweetening and decarbeniring, and the further researh and development has mad considerable progress. Emphasis has been put on some data in industry application of MDEA process, and introduction of the experience on solving some operational problems such as corrosion, thermal stabe salt and foaming etc. together with, disscussion concerning the problems arising in the development of MDEA process.
