摘要
长庆油田公司采气一厂第三净化厂引进的300万m^3/d撬装净化装置在日常运行中出现原料气气质偏离设计条件,净化装置出现再生系统腐蚀严重、热媒炉效率低、再生系统供热不足、再生塔存在拦液现象等问题。通过更换再生系统再生塔、脱硫重沸器、新增一台功率较大的热媒供热系统及对脱硫MDEA贫富液热交换器流程改造等措施,解决了第三净化厂脱硫再生系统长期以来的各种问题。
Skid mounted cleaning devices of No. 3 gas plant purification plant in Changqing Oilfield Company deviated from the design conditions in the daily operation, such as purification device regenerate severe corrosion, the low efficiency of heat medium heater, inadequate heating of the regeneration system and the presence of the regeneration tower liquid blocking. By using the way of the regeneration tower body and supporting trays of regeneration system, desulfurization reboiler replaced, a larger power heating medium heating system added, and the MDEA rich and poor fluid heat exchanger process transformed, the long-purification plant desulfurization regeneration system were basically solved.
