摘要
在四川石油管理局川东天然气净化总厂脱硫单元工业生产装置上,采用了四川石油管理局天然气研究所开发的新物—化溶液替代原用的Sulfinol溶液,实践证明,它与原用方法相比,在不改变原用设备、流程的前提下,不仅可获得稳定合格的净化气,而且每年可增收节支170多万元。同时,较大幅度地减轻了尾气排放对大气的污染。本文提出了稳定运转较优化的控制参数。
A new physico-chemical solution developed by Natural Gas Research Institute of Sichuan Petroleum Administration has been edopted on the desulfurizing unit of industrial production equipment of East Sichuan Natural Gas Purification Factory of the Administration to replace the original sulfinol solution. The practice proves that comparing with original method, it not only obtains stably qualified gas purified but also increases more than ¥ 1.7 × 10~6/a on the premise of not changing the original equipments and processing. Meanwhile, it can decrease the air pollution made by tail exhuast in a large extent. This paper proposes more optimum control perameters for stable operation.
