摘要
用于高含硫天然气有机硫脱除的工艺方法主要有化学物理溶剂法和物理溶剂法。在化学物理溶剂法中,Sulfinol工艺因具有酸气负荷高、再生能耗低、有机硫脱除效果好等优点而得到较广泛的应用。中石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院在高含硫天然气有机硫脱除技术方面进行了大量的研究工作,使能选择性脱除H2S与有机硫的化学物理混合溶剂(MDEA与环丁砜的混合溶剂)在重庆天然气净化总厂得到推广应用,取得了良好的经济和社会效益;针对川东北高含硫天然气的气质特点,开发出了高酸性天然气有机硫脱除溶剂CT8-20;还开展了物理溶剂CT8-21脱除较高含硫天然气中H2S和有机硫性能的研究,取得了较好的效果。
It can be used to removal organic sulfur from high-sulfur natural gas that main technology includes the physical-chemical process and the physical solvent.Sulfinol process,as a physical-chemical process,has achieved good application because of its merits,such as high sour gas load,low regeneration energy,well removal organic sulfur etc.About the organic-sulfur removal techniques from the high-sulpur natural gas,Gas Research Institute of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company has developed a large amount of research work,and applied physical-chemical solvent mixing MDEA and tetramethylene sul-fone to Chongqing General Natural Gas Purification Plant well,which can removal selectively H2S and organic sulfur,and achieved good economic and social benefits.Furthermore,according to gas characteristics of Northeastern Sichuan,Gas Research Institute of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company has devel-oped a new solvent CT8-21 which can removal organic sulfur from high-sulfur natural gas,researched capability of removal H2S and organic sulfur from relative high-sulfur natural gas,and obtain good results also.
