摘要
MDEA现已成为气体净化工艺中使用的主要醇胺之一。本文系统介绍了Chakma 等对CO2所致MDEA化学降解产物的鉴定和反应机理及动力学研究的结果;在不高于120 ℃的条件下,其降解可以忽略,随温度升高而降解加剧。对这些结果作了一些讨论并提出了在此基础上可以进行的更具有实际意义的MDEA降解研究课题。
The MDEA has been becoming one of the main hydramine used in gas purification process now. The identification of chemical degradation products of MDEA resulted from CO 2, reaction mechanism and the results of kinetics study done by Mr.Chakma etc.are introduced in a systematic way in this paper. The results show that the chemical degradation of MDEA may be negligible while the temperature is under 120℃, but with the increasing of temperature , the degradation will be aggravated. Moreover, some discussions based on afore mentioned results were made, and put forward some more practical research topics on MDEA chemical degradation on this basis.
