摘要
文章介绍了H2S和CO2与醇胺间的反应机理和差异,评述了胺法选择性脱除H2S工艺过程及特点。提出改善脱硫选择性的研究可以从两方面着手,一是加入少量能改变H2S、CO2与MDEA反应平衡或达率的添加剂到MDEA水溶液中改善其脱硫选择性;二是开发选择性更好的空间位阻胺。
he reaction mechanism and difference of H2S and CO2 with alkanolamines are respectively introduced.The process characteristics of selective H2S removal are reviewed.The researches on improving the seleCtivity of H2S removal should be that a little of additives is added into MDEA to change the reaction equilibrium or rate of H2S and CO2 with MDEA and the new types of severely hindered amines are developed.
