摘要
文中着重研究了MDEA溶液对H2S和高浓度CO2混合气的选择性脱硫过程,从动力学的角度阐述了决定过程选择性的因素,并在小型填料塔上进行了实验研究。结果表明,只要控制较高的气速、气液比、较短的气液接触时间,用MDEA溶液对CO2体积分数为80%的含H2S气体脱硫,净化气中的H2S的体积分数可以降到1%以下,液相中H2S与CO2的摩尔比为0.4~3。该研究结果,为工业应用提供了理论依据。
The aqua MDEA is used as a agent of selective absorption for tail gas with H2S and high density CO2. A laboratory test of selective absorption is completed, and the conclusions are obtained as that high selectivity can be reached with high gas-rate and short hold-up time.
