合肥市社区卫生工作人员培训需求分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的了解合肥市社区卫生服务(CHS)人员岗位培训需求情况,为合肥市社区人力资源培训方案的设计提供参考依据。方法在合肥市115所CHS机构随机抽取158名CHS管理人员及243名社区医生和护士,调查他们近3年接受社区卫生或全科医学岗位培训情况及其对培训的期望。结果近3年67.6%的社区卫生工作人员接受过社区卫生或全科医学培训;年平均培训时间为15d。94.2%的工作人员期望获得进一步培训,期望培训的方式以专题培训为主。社区管理人员、社区医生、社区护士接受培训率、培训方式构成和培训方式、时间的需求间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岗位培训任务有待进一步加强,CHS人员培训需求愿望强,应针对性地设计培训教材。 Objective To find out the demand of community health service (CHS) personnel on - the - job training in Hefei city. Methods Totally 158 community health administrators and 243 community doctors and nurses were enrolled by random sampling from 115 community health service institutions, their conditions of receiving on - the - job training on CHS or general practice and their hope of training during the recent 3 years were investigated. Results In recent 3 years 67.6% of the CHS personal had received training of community health sanitation or general practice, the average time for training in one year was 15 days. About 94. 2% of them hoped to get more training, with the special topic training being the most hoped. There were significant differences in training receiving rate, training content, mode and duration among community administrators, doctors and nurses (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion On - the -job training needs to be further enhanced. And the desire of CHS personnel for training is strong; the training materials should be designed with special purpose.
