摘要
文章试图对基层卫生人力培训存在的问题、培训需求、培训内容、培训时间、培训地点、培训形式、培训费用以及培训的考核和评估进行分析,提出了对基层卫生人力培训的建议,为加强基层卫生人力培训工作,提高基层卫生服务水平提供参考。
Since the implementation of the new health care reform, the training of primary health workforce as a priority has been put on work schedule. This article attempts to analyze the different aspects of the training of primary health workforce, including its problems, needs, contents, sessions, locations, forms, costs, assessment and evaluation, and to provide some suggestions.
