摘要
目的了解湖南省社区卫生技术人员的培训现状和需求情况,为进一步完善我省社区卫生技术人员的培训方案提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取长沙、衡阳、娄底3个市21所社区卫生服务中心和9所乡镇卫生院共358名卫生技术人员进行问卷调查。结果 (1)目前我省社区卫生技术人员处于低学历、低职称现状。(2)81.3%的社区卫生技术人员接受过不同形式的培训,总体培训效果评价不高。(3)影响培训需求意愿的因素主要有:年龄、学历、工作类型及培训效果等。结论我省社区卫生技术人员培训需求意愿强,目前培训效果有待提高,建议有针对性地设计培训方案。
Objective To investigate the status of training on community health professionals in Hunan province and their demand so as to provide references for improving training plans.Methods The stratified randomization cluster sampling was taken to recruit 358 professionals from 21 community health service centers and 9 township health clinics in Changsha,Hengyang and Loudi cities were surveyed.Questionnaire survey was conducted among them.Results（1） Community health professionals now had lower education background and professional titles in our province.（2） 81.3% of health professionals had received different sorts of trainings.However,the total effect of traninings was not satisfactory.（3） Age,education background,type of work and training effect were the influencing factors of training demands.Conclusion The demand for training among community health professionals in Human Province is stronger,but the effect of the existing training needs to be improved.It is suggested that a targeted training plan should be built.
