摘要
分析浙江省全科医师培训原有模式存在的几点问题,提出全科医师规范化培训方式的创新思路,并以"在职免费"方式开展全科医师规范化培训实践,思考此方式开展全科医师规范化培训面临的问题及挑战。
This thesis analyses the several defects in the present patterns of the standardized - training for the full - time medical staff in Zhejiang province, and puts forwards the new pattern, namely, to implement the full -time staff-training plan on the basis of ＂ Free for the on - duty＂. The author also discusses the bottle - necks and the challenges that affect the existing practice.
