摘要
人力资源管理是农村卫生管理中的难点和重点问题 ,文章就农村村级卫生人力资源管理中的几个问题 ,即人力资源配置、人力资源培训。
Health manpower resources management is the difficult and focal point in the rural health management.In this paper,the authors put forward some related management strategies about the allocation,training,examination and encouraging of rural health manpower resources.
