摘要
基于亚硝酸根对溶解氧氧化溴连苯三酚红的催化作用,建立了双波长分光光度法动力学测定亚硝酸根的新方法。于392nm处测量体系吸光度A_1,484nm处测量体系吸光度A_2,以ΔA=A_1-A_2进行亚硝酸根定量,所建立的方法对亚硝酸根的线性范围为0.005~1.0μg/mL。该法简便、灵敏、选择性好、应用于蔬菜样品的测定,结果满意。
dual-wavelength kinetic spectropho-tometric method for the determination of ni-trite is described ,based on its catalytic effecton the reaction between dissolved oxygenand bromopyrogallol red in acidic medium.The reaction is monitored spectropho-tometrically by measuring the absorbance in-crease at 392nm(A_1) and the absorbance de-crease at 484nm(A_2). Nitrite is determiriedaccording to△A=A_1-A_2=A_1+|A_2|.Thelinear range for nitrite is 0. 005~1.0μg/mL.the method is of high sensitivity,selectivity,accuracy and simplicity,The proposedmethod has been successfully applied to thedetermination of nitrite in some vegetablesamples.
