研究了亚硝酸根的一个新指示反应。它基于在稀硫酸溶液中。健那绿与溴酸钾的氧化还原反应受亚硝酸盐催化使健那绿褪色。本方法具有高灵敏度和高选择性。测定的灵敏度为2.69×10^(-10)g/mL亚硝酸态氮(当log(A_o/A)=0.001,b=1cm)。表观反应速度常数7.28×10^(-4)/S。表观活化能为51.51kJ/mol。本方法已用于水样中微痕量亚硝酸根的测定,相对标准偏差3.46%,准确度亦佳。
Such a reaction is based on the oxido-reduction of Janus green with potassium bromate in the solution of dilute H_2SO_4 and the Janus green is catalyzed and decolorized by nitrite itself. This method has high sensitivity and high selectivity. The sensitivity of determination is 2.69×10^(-4) μg/mL of nitrogen in NO_2^- [log(A_o/A)=0.001, b=1cm]. The apparent rate constant is 7.28×10^(-4)/s, and apparent activation energy is 51.51 kJ/mol. This method has been applied to the determination of microtrace amounts of nitrite in water samples with coefficient variation of 3.46%
