摘要
基于磷酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化固绿FCF的褪色反应,建立测量痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法检测限为1.36×10-6g/L,线性范围为0.012-0.08μg/ml,方法已用于水中亚硝酸根的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace nitrite is developed, which is based on the catalytic effect of NO^(-2) on oxidation of fast green FCF by potassium Bromate in H3PO4 mediun, the linear range being 0.012-0.08 μg/mL for nitrite with detection limit of 1.36×10^(-6)g/L.The method is already applied to the determination of nitrite in water.
