摘要
本文研究了亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明 B 的催化效应,提出了一个新的测定痕量亚硝酸根的催化荧光和光度法。该方法的检出限为0.2ng/ml,线性范围为0.2~40ng/ml。应用本法测定雨水中痕量亚硝酸根,获得了满意的结果。
A new catalytic fluorophotometric and spectrophotometric method for determining trace amounts of nitrite is proposed.The method was based on the nitrite catalysed oxida- tion of rhodamine B by potassium bromate.The detection limit for nitrite was 0.2ng/ml. The linear range of determination was 0.2~4.0 ng/ml.The method has been used to de- termine trace nitrite in rain water with satisfactory results.
