摘要
基于NO2-对KBrO3氧化邻苯二酚紫而使其褪色的催化作用,建立灵敏的催化光度法测定痕量NO2-的新方法,研究了其动力学条件,测定了反应级数及表现活化能,建立了测定痕量NO2-的新方法,测定范围为0.2~2.5μg/10ml,方法选择性好,简便迅速,用于水中及蔬菜中NO2-的测定,结果满意。
A new sensitivity method of determination of trace nitrite was set op. based on nitrite as catalyst to catalyzing potassium bromate oxidizing catechol violet which as colour was decreased. The optimum kinetic conditions had been discussed thoroughly and the concentration of nitrite was linear at the rang of 0. 02 ~0.25 ug·ml-1. The proposed method is simple rapid, selective, and convenient to determine nitrite in water and vegetables with a satisfactory result.
