摘要
目的了解军校护生心理健康状况及其与心理社会影响因素的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简单应对方式量表、自尊量表、生活事件量表、自我态度量表等对469名军校护生进行测评。结果军校护生SCL-90各因子得分均高于中国女性得分;除强迫、恐怖因子外,均低于国内普通大学生和军校大学生得分。相关分析显示,军校护生SCL-90均分及各因子得分与生活事件各因子、应对方式中的消极应对呈显著正相关,与应对方式中的积极应对、自尊程度、自我态度呈显著负相关。回归分析显示,对护生心理健康状况影响大小依次为生活事件、自尊程度等。结论对护生有针对性地开展心理健康教育,通过培养积极的应对方式,减少消极应对,提高自我悦纳的水平,有助于调节生活事件的影响,促进其心理健康。
Objective To study the relationship between mental health and psychosocial factors in military nursing students. Methods 469 military nursing students were assessed by SCL-90, coping style inventory , self-esteem scale and life event scale. Results The analyses showed that the scores of SCL-90 were higher than the norms of female in China and lower than the norms of military medical students and general college students except imposition and horror factors. Correlation analysis indicated that the scores of SCL-90 were positively correlated with life events and passive coping styles,and negatively correlated with positive coping styles and self-esteem. The regression analysis indicated that factors influencing mental health of the military nursing students included, in order of significance, life events, self-esteem and coping styles. Conclusion Mental health education should be enhanced specifically in military nursing students by developing positive coping styles, minimizing passive coping styles, perceiving things optimistically and regulating possible influence of life events in a positive way.
