护理本科生心理健康状况与应对方式、社会支持的相关性研究 被引量:87

摘要 目的 了解护理本科生的心理健康状况及与应对方式、社会支持的相关性。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式量表(SCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)对210名护理本科生(护生组)进行测量,并分别与全国青年常模组(常模组)、医学院校其他专业女大学生组(其他组)比较。结果①SCL-907个因子得分除焦虑外,护生组较常模组及其他组高,差异有极显著性意义(均P<0.01)。主要心理问题为抑郁、强迫、人际关系敏感。②护生组的心理健康状况与应对方式、社会支持显著相关。结论 护理本科生心理健康状况较差,应加强心理健康教育,重点加强应对技能训练和完善社会支持系统。 Objective To investigate the mental health status and the relationship between coping style, social support and mental health in nursing undergraduates. Methods Two hundred and ten nursing undergraduates (group A) were investigated by SCL-90, SCSQ and SSRS and were compared with the normal mode group of young people (group B) and the group of other specialities' female undergraduates (group C). Results The score for 7 items of SCL-90 in the group A was markedly higher than other groups except anxiety (all P<0. 01). The main mental problems were depression, compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity. There was a close relationship between coping style, social support and mental health in nursing undergraduates. Nursing undergraduates had a poor social coping ability. Conclusion The mental health status was poorer. Increased emphasis should focus on mental health education for nursing undergraduates, especially about how to make them have good coping skill and how to make their social support system perfect.
