摘要
目的探讨护生心理健康与自尊及应激事件的相关性,并分析自尊在应激事件与心理健康之间的作用。方法采用症状自评量表、自尊量表与生活事件量表对345名护生进行调查。结果症状自评量表各因子得分与自尊呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与应激事件呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);层级多元回归分析表明,自尊、应激事件、自尊与应激事件的交互作用回归效应显著。结论护生的心理健康水平受到自尊的影响,自尊在应激事件与心理健康之间起调节作用。
Objective To explore the relationship among nursing students' mental health, self- esteem and stress. Methods A total of 345 nursing students were tested with Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL - 90) , Self - Esteem Scale(SES) and Life Event Scale (LES). Results Each factor of Symptom Checklist 90 was significantly negatively correlated with self - esteem ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and was positively correlated with stress ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Results of hierarchical multiple regression showed that self- esteem,stress,self- esteem × stress interaction were significantly correlated with mental health. Conclusion Nursing students' self -esteem affects mental health and the relationship between stress and mental health.
