摘要
目的 了解军校护生心理健康状况及其与人格、社会支持的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),对469名军校护生进行测评。结果 相关分析显示:(1)军校护生SCL-90均分与人格维度中的内外向、掩饰度呈显著负相关,与神经质、精神质呈显著正相关,其中与神经质维度相关最为密切(r=0.655);(2)军校护生SCL-90均分及各因子分与社会支持总分均呈显著负相关。回归分析显示,对军校护生心理健康状况影响作用较大的依次为:神经质维度、支持总分、内外向维度、精神质维度。结论 情绪稳定、外向等人格特征及高社会支持有利于军校护生的心理健康。
Objective To study the correlation among mental health, personality and social support for military medical student nurse. Method 469 military medical student nurses were investigated and analyzed by SCL-90, EPQ and PSSS. Result Data analysis indicated that the scales of SCL-90 were correlated with EPQ—N, EPQ—L negatively and EPQ—N, EPQ—P quite positively. Especially in EPQ—N (r=0.655). It also correlated with social support quite negatively. The regression analysis indicated that EPQ—N was most important, social support is the second. Then is EPQ—E and EPQ—P. Conclusion Extroversive personality, stable emotion and high social support made for good mental health for military medical student nurse.
