摘要
喷消净是一种含聚乙烯吡咯酮碘与薄荷醇等的复方消毒剂,用载体定量法和动物试验法对其杀灭微生物效果与毒性进行了研究。结果,含有效碘100mg/L的喷消净溶液对布片上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,含有效碘600mg/L该液对布片上的白色念珠菌作用20min,杀灭率均>99.90％。该液在54℃放置14d,有效碘含量下降率为5.88％。该消毒剂对小鼠经口LD_(50)>5000mg/kg、属实际无毒级,蓄积系数K>5,为弱蓄积毒性,对家兔皮肤无刺激,小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸形试验均为阴性。该复方消毒剂杀菌效果好,稳定,毒性较低。
Pen-Xiao-Jing is a compound disinfectant containing povidone iodine and menthol. Carrier quantitative method and animal test method were used to study its germicidal efficacy and toxicity. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips exposed to Pen-Xiao-Jing solution containing available iodine 100 mg/L for 5 min and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available iodine 600 mg/L for 20 min were >99.90%. The available iodine content of its solution decreased by 5.88% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. The mouse oral LD_(50) of the disinfectant was >5000 mg/ kg, so it belongs to non-toxic class. Its accumulation coefficient K was >5, so it belongs to weak cumulative toxicity. It was not irritative to rabbit skin. Both mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm aberration test were negative. This compound disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy and low toxicity and is stable.
